Introduction to Management is designed to enable participants to learn essential skills for management/supervision; contrast old management thought versus new; develop influencing skills that achieve positive results through people so that employees work with you, not for you; and create an action plan for getting started.

Excellence in Management
Excellence in Management is designed to enable participants to identify the characteristics of the best and worst managers; view leadership for the eye of the follower; define five critical leadership characteristics; explore the psychology of human relations and value the importance of establishing trust relationships; and define five critical leadership behaviors.

Managing for High Performance
Managing for High Performance is designed to enable participants to discover the principles and processes of performance management through experiential learning; set expectations and goals for employees; give positive feedback; handle performance problems; and supervise with flexibility.

Managerial Communication
Managerial Communication is designed to enable participants to learn the communication skills necessary for building interdependent relationships; communicate effectively with employees (one-on-one and team approach), peers, and management; develop skills for feedback and effective task delegation; learn the guidelines for leading effective meetings; and listen effectively.

Coaching for Excellence
Coaching for Excellence is designed to enable participants to lead employees to higher levels of satisfaction and productivity through effective coaching; learn strategies for informal and formal coaching; coach with flexibility to meet diverse skill and motivational levels; and plan an effective coaching session.

Leadership and Teamwork
Leadership and Teamwork is designed to enable participants to understand the nature of teams; direct a team through formation and development processes; discover team's potential for enhancing performance in the business environment; and emphasis will be on techniques for developing collaboration and creativity, techniques for leading teams in crisis, and various communication techniques for team effectiveness.

Change Management
Change Management is designed to enable participants to discover the forces driving change in today’s business world; develop change-management skills; deal proactively with organizational change and paradigm shifts; communicate change effectively; brainstorm change ideas; and learn problem-solving techniques.

Meeting Management and Facilitation
In this course, you will learn the 8 steps to an effective and productive meeting; the art of facilitation, taking into account different learning styles; how to obtain participant involvement; techniques to deal with difficult participants; how to create a learning environment; and best meeting room arrangements.
