Pediatric Advanced Life Support


American Heart Association approved Pediactric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course. The goal of the PALS course is to provide the student with the cognitive and psychomotor skills necessary for resuscitating and stabilizing infants and children in respiratory failure, shock or cardiopulmonary arrest. The course is intended for health care providers with the responsibilities for the well-being of infants and children, i.e. pediatricians, house-staff, emergency physicians, nurses and paramedics. This course offers 16 contact hours of continuing education.

  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support – Initial 16 Hours
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support – Recertification 8 Hours
